| Selecting Personal Core Values |

|
Below you will find a list of personal descriptor words that you can use when deciding upon your 5 Personal Core Values. In The Personal Vision Workbook, there are numerous exercises that will help you to fine tune your personal core values, mission and vision.
A good way to use this list is to first select the 20 words that you feel most represent your deepest motivators, your personal passion, and the major ideas that most guide you in life. Select the words that seem most important to you and that really define who you are. You may wish to print the list first, and work from paper where you can circle, cross out, underline and connect words together. If you have a core belief or value that is not listed, go ahead and use it. After deciding upon your top 20, work your way to your top 10 Personal Core Values...and then to your top 5.
